Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Processing time includes order verification, quality checks, packaging, and shipment preparation.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During peak seasons, promotional periods, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Locations
At this time, SolaGarden ships within the United States only.
We currently do not offer international shipping.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has been shipped, estimated transit times are typically:

Order Tracking

Tracking updates may take several business days to appear after the package has been handed to the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact support@solagardenshop.com as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has entered processing or has already shipped.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it:
