Do SolaGarden solar lights need wiring?

Most SolaGarden solar lights are designed to run on solar power and do not require hardwiring. Please check each product page for installation details, included parts, and recommended use.

Where can I use SolaGarden solar lights?

Our solar lights are designed for common outdoor spaces such as gardens, pathways, patios, decks, fences, walls, porches, driveways, and yards. Each product page includes suggested use cases to help you choose the right light for your space.

Do solar lights need direct sunlight?

Solar lights work best when the solar panel receives direct sunlight during the day. Shaded areas, cloudy weather, winter conditions, or limited sun exposure may reduce charging performance and nighttime lighting duration.

How long do solar lights stay on at night?

Lighting duration depends on the product, battery capacity, sun exposure, season, installation location, and lighting mode. Please review the product details for the specific light you are interested in.

Are SolaGarden lights waterproof?

Many outdoor solar lights are designed for outdoor use, but water resistance can vary by product. Please check the product description and specifications before purchase. Avoid submerging lights in water unless the product specifically states that it is designed for that use.

Will the lights work in winter or cloudy weather?

Solar lights can still work in winter or cloudy weather, but performance may be reduced when sunlight is limited. For best results, place the solar panel where it can receive as much direct sunlight as possible.

Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

How long does order processing take?

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays.

How long does delivery usually take?

After your order has been processed, estimated delivery usually takes 5-12 business days, depending on your location, carrier availability, and other shipping conditions.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order through our Track Order page. If tracking information is not available right away, please allow some time for the carrier system to update.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@solagardenshop.com. We will do our best to help before the order is processed or shipped, but we cannot guarantee address changes after fulfillment has started.

Returns & Product Support

What is your return window?

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery. Items should be in the same condition as received and include original packaging whenever possible.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning an item due to personal preference, change of mind, incorrect selection, or any non-defective reason. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us so our team can help review the issue.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

Please contact support@solagardenshop.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos and/or video showing the product and packaging.

Do you offer exchanges?

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original product and place a new order once the return has been approved. If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us first so our team can help determine the best resolution.

Do you offer a warranty?

SolaGarden provides limited product support for eligible issues reported within 30 days after delivery. This support applies to manufacturing defects, damaged items, incorrect items, or missing components reported within the eligible support window.
