At SolaGarden, we want you to feel confident bringing warm solar-powered lighting into your outdoor space. If your order isn't quite right, we're here to help.
30-Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be in the same condition as received

Be unused or only lightly inspected

Include original packaging whenever possible

Include all accessories, components, and documentation originally provided
To request a return, please contact us at support@solagardenshop.com and include your order number along with the reason for the return.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning an item due to personal preference, change of mind, incorrect selection, or any non-defective reason.
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, SolaGarden will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.
For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning products. SolaGarden is not responsible for return shipments lost or damaged during transit.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, please contact support@solagardenshop.com within 7 days of delivery.

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate solution depending on the circumstances.
Refunds
After your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that banks, credit card providers, and payment processors may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return results from our error or a verified product defect.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original product and place a new order once the return has been approved.

1-Year Limited Warranty
SolaGarden provides a limited one-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that occur under normal residential use and according to the product's intended purpose.
The warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear

Cosmetic changes that do not affect product performance

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, improper installation, neglect, or unauthorized modifications

Damage resulting from improper storage or maintenance

Weather-related damage beyond normal outdoor use conditions

Battery performance changes resulting from age, environmental conditions, storage conditions, or insufficient charging exposure

Products repaired or altered by unauthorized parties
SolaGarden is not responsible for installation, removal, reinstallation, labor costs, or any related service expenses associated with products purchased from our store.
